<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner saving electricity while considering amenity. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes an infrared sensor for detecting a movement amount of a person in a room, a sound sensor for detecting indoor sound, a setting section for setting indoor set temperature, a control section for controlling operation, a compressor, a blower, a suction temperature detection section for detecting suction air temperature, and a remote controller capable of performing interactive communication with an air conditioner body, and configured to detect a relative position of the remote controller with the air conditioner body. The air conditioner includes an activity amount determination section determining an activity amount of the person in the room according to a reaction section of the infrared sensor sectioned based on the detection result of the infrared sensor and according to a kind of a sound source determined based on the detection result of the sound sensor. An activity shift value is defined according to a determined activity amount of the person in the room determined by the activity amount determination section, and a position shift value is defined according to a position of the remote controller. The activity shift value and the position shift value are added to the set temperature to set target temperature of the suction air temperature, and the suction air temperature is controlled to be the target temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
