摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a better manufacturing method for manufacturing a conductive endless belt having a reinforcement member on a belt base material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a conductive endless belt, a belt base material 10 is endlessly formed from a conductive resin film and a long reinforcement member 12 is disposed in one end of the belt base material 10 in crosswise direction on at least one surface, along the circumferential direction of the belt with the front end and the back end of the reinforcement member bonded. The reinforcement member is adhered to the belt base material 10 by using a heat melting type adhesive. When starting adhesion of the reinforcement member, adhesion starts from a position right after an initial non-adhesion section 12NA having a predefined length from the front end 12TP, by applying heat from the reinforcement member side and melting the heat melting type adhesive, and continues along the circumferential direction of the belt so that the reinforcement member is sequentially adhered to the belt base material until at last the initial non-adhesion section at the front end and the back end are bonded together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
