<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an output at a low level or at a high level without separating a level shift circuit from a power supply voltage when a power supply on a low voltage side is shut down. <P>SOLUTION: A level shift circuit includes a level shifter 11 and an enable circuit 12. The level shifter 11 converts a low-voltage input into a high-voltage output.
