<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of a shielded wire capable of obtaining a strong caulking force over the whole circumference of an electric conduction ring at caulking the electric conduction ring, and also preventing a braided wire and an insulation envelope from being damaged. <P>SOLUTION: In the terminal structure of a shielded wire, the terminal of a shielded wire 10 is peeled to gradually expose the terminal of a core wire 11 and the terminal of a braided wire 13, an underlay ring 40 obtained by bending and forming a metal plate into a cylindrical shape is fitted on the terminal of an insulation envelope 14, the terminal of the braided wire 13 is folded on the outer periphery of the underlay ring 40, an electric conduction ring 30 is fitted on the outer periphery of the braided wire 13 to caulk so as to clamp the electric conduction ring 30 from two mutually opposed directions, and the underlay ring 40 is arranged so that the direction of a split groove 41 formed between both side edges intersects the clamp direction at caulking the electric conduction ring 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
