<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which can prevent light from entering through a clearance between slats in a light-shielding state. <P>SOLUTION: Each slat 2 comprises a long plate shaped base part 21, a first flat plate part 22 which projects from an end 211 of the base part 21 in a width direction, and a second flat plate part 23 which projects from an other end 212 of the base part 21 in the width direction toward a direction remote from the first flat plate part 22 and is arranged in parallel to the first flat plate part 22.
