The present invention provides a dicing film having a suitable strength and a favorable external appearance and with which there is a low occurrence of chips and substrate swarf when dicing. The dicing film has an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a substrate film, and the substrate film contains a copolymer (A) of styrene and least two types of alkyl (meth)acrylate, and a styrene elastomer (B). The copolymer (A) of styrene and at least two types of alkyl (meth)acrylate is a styrene-alkyl methacrylate-alkyl acrylate copolymer. |
