<p>A tearing-cutting device for a paper-card strip comprises a driving module (3, 4, 11, 13), a cutter module (9, 14, 16, 17), a paper-card positioning module, and an electronic control module with MCU. The driving module includes two driving sets provided at two ends of the device respectively. A cutter (14) of the cutter module is provided at the middle of the device. Two driving roller sets of the two driving sets are rotated in opposite directions so that the paper-card strip (1) is stretched and a tension force is generated in a joint portion of the paper-card strip. The cutter cuts the paper-card strip vertically and thus a cutout is formed in a side of the joint portion. The joint portion is pulled apart by the two driving roller sets and a single paper-card is discharged. Compared with the prior art, the device has simple structure and high success rate of distributing paper-card.</p> |
