PURPOSE: A web-based business management system for human resource development is provided to enable each education person to suggest an education course for education content without a separate exclusive program and supply standard templates for items necessary for each education courses. CONSTITUTION: An education management server comprises the following units. An access management unit(110) relays authentication and information exchange during an access. A curriculum planning unit(120) provides a preset education course template by selection of a member terminal. The curriculum planning unit automatically generates and manages an education plan. An education operation data unit(140) stores and parses information related to the education course template and previously-registered education course information. |
