PURPOSE: A terminal device is provided to estimate an accurate channel state about cells which operate CoMP(Cooperative Multi Points Transmission and Receptions) in an FFR(Fractional Frequency Reuse) mode. CONSTITUTION: A boosting power level value receiving module(811) of a serving cell receives a boosting power level value of a serving cell. A boosting power level value receiving module(812) of an adjacent cell receives the boosting power level value from the neighbor cell. A cell identifier obtaining module(821) obtains ID information from the neighbor cells. A power level pattern information acquisition module(822) obtains set power level pattern information. A channel estimation module(823) estimates the channel state of the serving cell.
