A multiple generator wind turbine with rotary blade cage, multiple blades (8) is installed on the outer edge of the blade cage (15). The inner side of the blade cage (15) is attached to the moving coils of the slewing bearings (35) of the top surfaces of the upper nacelle (5) and lower nacelle (13). The upper and lower nacelles are attached to the tower (14). More than eight electromagnetic clutch generators (3) are vertically installed in each nacelle. Gearings (34) are installed at the shafts of the generators extended from the nacelle tops, which mesh with the inner gears on slewing bearings (35). Rotary blade cages (15) are supported by at least two top surfaces of nacelles through slewing bearings and magnetic suspension bearings. A blade (8) is a streamlined shaped, inwardly curved device which has a narrow tip on one side, and a wider end on the other side. A braking system is also installed on the tower (13). This invention has the advantages of occupying less area, simple equipment, accelerator not required, reliable operation, less repair and maintenance, large wind collecting area and high wind energy utilization rate. 12FgI Fig. 1 |
