摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm made of denaturant silicone rubber which is excellent in durability and is not damaged easily and a valuation method thereof and provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell module using the diaphragm. <P>SOLUTION: As for a diaphragm 2 made of a denaturant silicone rubber used in a press condition on which an EVA sheet is made to be bridged with a heat pressing using a vacuum press apparatus 1 in the case where a solar cell module is manufactured with a solar cell 5 laminated with an EVA sheet 7, a degree of hardness of the rubber by the side of a cylindrical container internal surface after being heated on a condition of 200&deg;C&times;48 hours while being placed on an open end face of the cylindrical container with the EVA sheet included and covering the whole surface of the open end face is 118 or less in the case of setting to 100 a value of the degree of hardness of the denaturant silicone rubber before being heated, and an elongation of the whole sheet after being heated on the condition of 200&deg;C&times;48 hours is 34 or more in the case of setting to 100 a value of the elongation before being heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
