<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion particle which includes: an antioxidant which has surface tension deterioration action, and its derivative; a liquefied matrix; a liposolubility or water-soluble substance; and a solvent, and in which the stability is good and the safety is high, and to provide applications thereof, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsion composition is such that a part or the whole of an emulsion film is composed by the antioxidant which has the surface tension deterioration action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
