PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device whose model is easily discriminated, a method of manufacturing the electro-optical device, and an electronic device thereof.

SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes discrimination terminals 53b and 53c for reading out model information; a fixed potential terminal 53a that is arranged in parallel to the discrimination terminals 53b and 53c and apart from them, and connected to a fixed potential; and inter terminal connection sections 59a and 59b that discriminates the model information by electrically connecting or disconnecting the discrimination terminals 53b and 53c with the fixed potential terminal 53a.
