<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an anode support type half cell which can reduce occurrence of a thorough hole in a solid electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an anode support type half cell having an anode support substrate, an anode layer formed on the anode support substrate, and an electrolyte layer formed on the anode layer, comprises a paste preparation step, a pulverization step, and a layer forming step.
