<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of reducing initial costs by eliminating the necessity of a large air conditioning device and simplifying a structure of a computer room and also reducing running costs by enhancing cooling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust air duct D1, a communication duct D2, a cooling panel P and circulation means F are provided with respect to each computer rack R. Due to this configuration, even if the cooling panel P and an air blowing fan F1 are small, cooling efficiency can be improved and a large air conditioning device and a double floor are not required. Thus, initial costs required for construction of the computer room and installation of the cooling system can be reduced. Since the cooling panel P and the circulation means F are installed in the vicinity of the computer rack R, power required for the cooling panel P and the circulation means F can be decreased so as to reduce running costs. Uneven heat with respect to each computer rack R is prevented to improve the cooling efficiency, so as to promote energy saving of the cooling system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
