<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface greening device which is easy to install, can adjust a mounting position on site, and has a distributing hose or electric wiring for irrigation or cooling hard to spot. <P>SOLUTION: A rail member 2 is fixed on a wall surface with an L-shaped bracket 7. The rail member 2 is a hollow extruded shape material, and horizontally arranged on the wall surface, and vertically at multiple stages. A slide board 34 (slide member 52) is loaded on longitudinal slits 14, 15 formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the rail member 2. The slide board 34 can move along the slits 14, 15, and can be fixed at an arbitrary position. A wire 3 or a louver 5 is mounted on the rail member 2 using the slide board 34 mounted on the rail member 2. The distribution hose 9 for irrigation or the electric wiring 16 for an illumination appliance 45 is stored in a hollow part of the rail member 2.
