<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a surface-treated metal sheet that does not contain chrome, is excellent in resin adhesion and corrosion resistance, and is capable of becoming a replacement for a tin-free steel sheet; a method of producing the surface-treated metal sheet; a resin-coated metal sheet configured by covering the surface-treated metal sheet with an organic resin; and a metal can and can lid made by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The surface-treated metal sheet has: an Ni-coated film provided on one surface of a metal sheet; a coated film containing Ti and O and provided on the Ni-coated film; and an organic film provided on the coated film containing Ti and O, wherein the organic film is formed by bringing the resultant metal sheet having Ni-coated film and the coated film containing Ti and O formed thereon into contact with an organic acid and then drying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
