<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply create a surface inspection image without mechanically moving a probe position. <P>SOLUTION: In a ultrasonic flaw detection device which operates an array probe 101 immersed in a liquid by a phased array system, transmits/receives ultrasonic waves via the liquid between the array probe 101 and an analyte 102, and displays an inspection image based on received information on a display part 104, angle ultrasonic waves are transmitted from the array probe 101 to an incident point of the analyte 102 to generate surface waves 105B on the surface of the analyte 102, image data for displaying the inspection image on the display part in an X-Y two-dimensional coordinate axis by an X-axis direction which is a propagation direction of the surface waves 105B and a Y-axis direction which is a moving direction of the incident point 105 which is moved by electronic scanning is created by a computer 103A, and the inspection image 104A is displayed on the display part 104 by a C scope to be visualized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
