<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a middle cylinder from being deformed due to pressure difference of rubber materials which act on an inner periphery surface and an outer periphery surface of the middle cylinder, when filling up each of an inside cavity of an inner cylinder side and an outside cavity of an outer cylinder side which are partitioned by the middle cylinder, with the rubber materials in a die closed state, in a molding die for integral molding of the rubber materials inserted between a middle cylinder arranged between both cylinders of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and each cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber injection flow channel 34 is composed of an introductory flow channel part 35, an inside injection flow channel part 36 and an outside injection flow channel part 37 which branch from the introductory flow channel part 35, respectively, and lead in the rubber materials to the inside cavity 16 and the outside cavity 17, and flow channel sectional areas of these injection flow channel parts 36 and 37 are set, respectively, so that ratio of filling speed of the rubber materials to each of cavities 16 and 17 from each of injection flow channel parts 36 and 37 fall within the ratio range which does not produce deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
