<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for efficiently and continuously obtain chloropropane through a chlorine addition reaction of allowing chloropropene to react with chlorine (Cl<SB POS="POST">2</SB>). <P>SOLUTION: A production method of chloropropane comprises: while supplying chloropropene represented by formula (1):CCl<SB POS="POST">2</SB>=CCl<SB POS="POST">(2-m)</SB>H<SB POS="POST">(m-1)</SB>-CCl<SB POS="POST">(3-n)</SB>H<SB POS="POST">n</SB>(where m is 1 or 2 and n is an integer of 0 to 3) to a reaction system, continuously extracting a part of a reaction mixture liquid; dissolving chlorine into the extracted liquid; again adding and circulating the liquid in the reaction system; separately and continuously extracting the reaction mixture liquid in an amount corresponding to the amount of the reaction product mixture produced from the added chloropropene and chlorine, and recovering chloropropane represented by formula (2):CCl<SB POS="POST">3</SB>-CCl<SB POS="POST">(3-m)</SB>H<SB POS="POST">(m-1)</SB>-CCl<SB POS="POST">(3-n)</SB>H<SB POS="POST">n</SB>(where m is 1 or 2 and n is the same value as in formula (1)) from the extracted reaction mixture liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
