<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for assembling vehicle seat configured to reduce assembly work hours or burden of assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: The assembly device 20 includes: two thin, parallel plate portions 21a and 21b; curved connecting portion 21c bridging between the base ends of the plate portions 21a and 21b; and a holding potion 21 formed to have a U-shaped cross-section. The holding portion 21 has a holding space P into which an extension portion 12 of a foamed pad with surface skin is pushed in a folded manner, and the extension portion 12 is compressed. The assembly device 20 is inserted into a gap S between the lower end 13 of a seat back SB and a cushion frame 9 of a cushion frame 8, so that the extension portion 12 is readily inserted into the gap S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
