DISPLAY DEVICE, IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, an image formation device, and a program capable of displaying in a plurality of languages an error message displayed in an abnormal state.

SOLUTION: An image formation device 10 is provided with: an operation display part 4 which displays a first kind of message and a second kind of message on a display screen; an abnormal state detection part 8 which detects abnormality in the device; and a control part 1 which performs control to display in a single language the first kind of message by the operation display part 4 when the abnormal state detection part 8 detects no abnormality in the device, and to display in a plurality of languages the second kind of message by the operation display part 4 when the abnormal state detection part 8 detects abnormality in the device.
