<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting anodic electrode for an organic EL display whose work function is high to the same extent as a work function of a laminate structure of a general-purpose Ag-based alloy film and an oxide conductive film, and which includes a novel Al-based alloy reflection film. <P>SOLUTION: A reflecting anodic electrode for an organic EL display, which is formed on a substrate, has a laminate structure of a pure Al film or Al alloy film 6 and an oxide conductive film 7 brought into direct contact with the Al alloy film.
