<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic toner having excellent low-temperature fixability of the toner and excellent dispersibility and pressure storage stability of a colorant; a binder resin for toner used in the toner; and crystalline polyester for toner used in the binder resin. <P>SOLUTION: The binder resin for toner includes crystalline polyester obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component including 70 mol% or more of 8 to 14C α,ω-aliphatic diol and a carboxylic acid component including 70 mol% or more of a fumaric acid compound and/or a maleic acid compound, and amorphous polyester obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component including 70 mol% or more of 2 to 5C aliphatic diol and a carboxylic acid component. The electrophotographic toner includes the binder resin. The crystalline polyester for toner is obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component including 70 mol% or more of 8 to 14C α,ω-aliphatic diol and the carboxylic acid component including 70 mol% or more of the fumaric acid compound and/or the maleic acid compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
