<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a rotary cutting blade tool, which has rigidity and toughness of the holding part of a shank of a rotary cutting blade tool, which excels in a holding force of the shank, and which, as necessary, includes suitable cutting specifications with a worked product by being cut, and in which a shape in consideration of physical interference during a cutting-work process can be selected and adopted. <P>SOLUTION: The holder includes: a body holder 1 which is coaxially fixed on a mechanical rotary main shaft; and a sub holder 2 in which a rotary cutting tool is coaxially fixed on a tip side. A part to be fitted 21 of the sub holder 2 is fitted into a fitting part 11 installed in the body holder 1, to be coaxially fixed by burn fitting. One or a plurality of circular vibration-suppression plates 3 are held between a different-level face 21F of the part to be fitted 21 and a frame bottom face 11F in the fitting frame 1F opposed to the level face 21F.
