<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for inspecting performance of an aircraft actuator, which can suppress an increase in the number of sensors and which can suppress the complication and cost increase of a constitution for a performance inspection, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus obtains a reference pressure value condition which is specified by an operation speed of the inspection object actuator 11 in the inspection damping operation state of making an orifice 24c communicate with a pair of oil chambers (16a and 16b) and a pressure value of pressure oil inside the pair of oil chambers (16a and 16b). The apparatus obtains the operation speed of the inspection object actuator 11 in the inspection damping operation state. Concurrently with that, the apparatus obtains a pressure value as a detection value of a pressure sensor 18b for detecting pressure of the pressure oil in one of the oil chambers 16a. A deterioration in the performance of the inspection object actuator 11 is determined by comparison with the reference pressure value condition in terms of the pressure value obtained depending on the operation speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
