<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator apparatus including a display device that can secure visibility and also can perform display excellent in design performance. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator apparatus includes: a call registering devices (5, 15, 35, 45) provided in a landing place and an elevator car; display devices (1, 11) provided in either the landing place or the elevator car and displays the operation information of an elevator; a display switch determination unit (22) that determines whether or not, concerning the display, normal display should be switched into alternative display based on an input into the call registering device; and display processing units (4, 14) that switch the display of the display device based on a determination result by the display switch unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
