<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an exclusive air bag safing G sensor from a development permission device of an airbag while surely preventing a malfunction of the airbag resulting from an external noise or an impact by rough road traveling or malicious action. <P>SOLUTION: When output signal of a front collision satellite G sensor 2 exceeds a determination threshold, a positive logical value is input to a third logical AND operation unit 29. When output signal of an airbag main G sensor 15 exceeds a determination threshold, a positive logical value is input to the third logical AND operation unit 29. When output signal of a VSC control low G sensor 13 exceeds 10% of a maximum value, the output of a first safing determination unit 21 becomes H. When the output signal of the forward collision satellite G sensor exceeds a threshold corresponding to an acceleration resulting from the impact by rough road traveling or malicious action, the output of a second safing determination unit 21 becomes H.
