<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflator attachment bracket structure, configured to enhance the strength of a bracket while preventing chattering noise caused by contact with a vehicle body panel. <P>SOLUTION: The inflator attachment bracket structure is attached to the vehicle body panel 28 while supporting an inflator 13 of an airbag in an opening 33 of a vehicle body panel 28 (a portion shown by a dot pattern). The structure includes: an attachment portion 34 attached to the vehicle body panel 28; a bracket body 36 having a stepped portion 35 continued to the attachment portion 34 to separate the attachment portion 34 from the body panel 28 toward a cabin 16; and a bead 37 formed from the attachment portion 34 to the bracket body 36 via the stepped portion 35.
