<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank cover mounting structure of a motorcycle capable of freely setting the shape of an upper edge of a fuel tank cover. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel tank cover mounting structure of the motorcycle, a recessed part 36 is formed in an outer wall of a fuel tank 24 of the motorcycle, and a fuel tank cover 26 is attached to the recessed part 36.
