<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which filters a filtered water containing a suspended material, in which filtration is performed using a metal mesh filter as a filtration filter, and in which the soil of a filter is efficiently backwashed by the water stream which is a reverse direction to that of the time of filtration. <P>SOLUTION: When passing backwash water into a filtration apparatus, the water is passed into a part of a piping system of the backwash water through a solenoid valve whose opening and closing are attained momentarily, and thereby the backwash of the soil is efficiently performed by adding water hammer to the soil adhering to the filter surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
