<p>The present invention provides a production device for Japanese paper added with a tape strip containing an IC tag, which is provided with an IC chip and an antenna, between a base paper and a cover paper at a predetermined interval and location. The production method for Japanese paper added with an IC tag of the present invention is provided with: a first cylinder, a second cylinder, a felt for conveying the Japanese paper from the first cylinder to the second cylinder, an IC tape winding reel, and an IC tag transfer device disposed close to the felt between the first cylinder and the second cylinder and for winding off an IC tape from the IC tape winding reel. A belt-shaped base paper is formed by rotating the first cylinder and is attached to the felt. The IC tag transfer device cuts the IC tape and transfers same to the base paper. A cover paper is formed by rotating the second cylinder and is placed on top of the base paper so as to sandwich the cut IC tape.</p> |
