PURPOSE: Substitute energy based on sludge and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the cleanness of drains by preventing the pollution of drains due to various impurities. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing substitute energy simultaneously collects, shapes, and dries various sludge generated from drains. Synthetic resin such as waste vinyl, waste resin, or waste plastic or waste tires are heated to be melted. Resin through the heating process is cooled and pulverized into chips. The chips are dried sludge are mixed at the mixing ratio of about 2:1. |
