<p>A synchronal rotary multiphase pump comprises a body (12), a cylinder (8), a main shaft (1), and a rotor (10). The cylinder (8) is mounted in the body (12), the rotor (10) is mounted on the main shaft (1), and the main shaft (1) and the cylinder (8) are eccentrically mounted while the rotor (10) on the main shaft (1) remains in line contact with the cylinder (8). A sliding plate slot (17) is disposed on the rotor (10), one end of a sliding plate (15) is located in the sliding plate slot (17), and the other end of the sliding plate (15) is hinge-connected to the cylinder (8). The sliding plate (15) divides a crescent cavity between the cylinder (8) and the rotor (10) into an oil inlet cavity and an oil discharge cavity. An oil inlet (21) is disposed on the cylinder (8) corresponding to the oil inlet cavity, and the oil inlet (21) is in communication with an annular oil inlet chamber (20) in the body (12). An oil outlet (22) is disposed on the rotor (10) corresponding to the oil discharge cavity, and the oil outlet (22) discharges oil out of the body (12) through an oil discharge channel (18). The pump has a simple structure, works stably, and has high efficiency.</p> |
