PURPOSE: A welding apparatus is provided to improve the accuracy of welding by transmitting control signals from a welding power device to a wire feeder and a welding carriage. CONSTITUTION: A welding apparatus comprises a welding power unit(310), a wire feeder(320), and a welding carriage(330). The welding power unit provides power to the wire feeder and the welding carriage and generates and transmits control signals for controlling the operations of the wire feeder and the welding carriage. The wire feeder supplies wires to the welding carriage. The welding carriage receives the wires from the wire feeder and welds the wires through a welding torch.
