AIR CLEANER FOR AUTOMOBILES

PURPOSE: An air cleaner for a vehicle is provided to keep inertia of airflow and reduce pressure loss by preventing foreign materials from contacting to a filter directly. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner for a vehicle(100) comprises a first housing(110), a second housing(150), and a filter. The first housing has an air inlet(111) and an air outlet(112). A filter holder for mounting a filter is formed in the air outlet of the first housing, and comprises a guide part and a support part. The guide part guides mount of the filter and the support part is formed wider than inside diameter of the filter. The second housing is engaged with the first housing and forms an accommodating space for the filter inside. The filter is installed inside the first and second housings, and filters foreign material in the air flowing in through the air inlet.
