PURPOSE: A dehydrating machine for food garbage is provided to improve the dehydrating efficiency of food garbage by controlling conveyor blade shafts depending on the capacity of the food garbage. CONSTITUTION: A dehydrating machine(10) for food garbage comprises a frame body(20), a pair of supporters(30), a dehydrating unit(40), a discharge unit(50), and a control unit(60). The supporters are installed in both sides of the top of the frame body. The supporters have an inlet hole(31), an outlet hole(32), and rotary shaft coupling holes(33). The dehydrating unit dehydrates food garbage through rotation. The discharge unit discharges water discharged from the dehydrating unit to the outside. The control unit controls the dehydrating unit and the discharge unit.
