<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactor to be used for an inspection tool, which is composed of a small number of components, ensures its internal conductive bonding, is easy to manufacture and maintain, and can reduce the cost, and to provide the method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A contactor 10, which is in contact with an inspection terminal provided in an electronic component such as a print circuit board and an electrode 41 connected to an inspection device, is composed of a connection stylus 11 that is conductive and a coil spring 12; the contact stylus 11 having a tip 111, a projection 112 and a relay part 113; and the coil spring 12 having a relay end 122 and a spring constant part 123. The relay part 113 is partially solder-coated 117, with the relay end 122 pressed tightly to the relay part 113 to be integrated, and the pressed part is then heated to be solder-bonded. The contactor 10 is held by a contactor holding body 30 and pressed by the electrode 41 and the inspection terminal so as to be in conductive contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
