<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple circuit configuration that converts a first control signal with a high level of 3.3 V and a low level of 0 V into a second control signal with a high level of 5 V and a low level of 0 V for outputting. <P>SOLUTION: A level shift circuit 1 includes a resistor R1, a diode D1, capacitors C1, C2, and transistors Q1-Q4. The level shift circuit 1 individually charges the capacitors C1, C2 with +3.3 V power supply voltage when a first control signal from a microcomputer is at a low level, and outputs a second control signal at a low level. The level shift circuit 1 outputs the second control signal at a high level with a value obtained by adding charging voltages of the capacitors C1, C2 when the first control signal is at a high level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
