IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and an image processing method which can reduce amount of stored image data and accelerate image processing.

SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: an evaluation part which evaluates an attention degree of target moving image data 1 for each of multiple regions forming each frame; and a selection part which selects a region (from the moving image data) evaluated as having a relatively high attention degree based on the evaluation by the evaluation part, and stores the selected-region image data in a storage medium.
