<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin wave element that capable of integrating spin waves of a spin wave element, and capable of suppressing mutual interference between spin waves generated by the spin wave element. <P>SOLUTION: A spin wave element includes: a substrate; an electrode layer disposed on the substrate; a multi layered film disposed on the electrode layer and including a first ferromagnetic layer whose magnetization is in the lamination direction or the direction perpendicular to the lamination direction; a second ferromagnetic layer disposed on a first region on the multi layered film; an intermediate layer disposed on the second ferromagnetic layer; a third ferromagnetic layer disposed on the intermediate layer; a detection part disposed on a second region on the multi layered film disposed apart from the first region on the multi layered film; a first electrode disposed on the third ferromagnetic layer; and a second electrode disposed on the detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
