<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of restraining erroneous detection of brake abnormality caused by a brake operation sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator device includes: a brake means 4 performing a brake release operation by applying voltage to a brake coil; a brake operation sensing means 5 sensing the operating state of the brake means 4; a brake voltage sensing means 6 sensing the voltage applied to the brake coil; a car fixation sensing means 7 sensing that a car 2 is fixed to a guide rail; a control signal selecting means 8 selecting the sensed result of the brake operation sensing means 5 when the car 2 is not sensed to be fixed, and selecting the sensed result of the brake voltage sensing means 6 when the car 2 is sensed to be fixed; and a brake control means 9 controlling the operation of the brake means 4 based on the control signal selected by the control signal selecting means 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
