<p>The present invention relates to a charge-selective interface transfer layer having high charge transfer efficiency and selectivity and to an organic electronic device using the same, and, more specifically, concerns technology employed in various organic electronic elements using organic semiconductors including organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic solar cells, organic transistors (organic TFTs), organic memories and organic sensors, wherein a charge-selective interface transfer layer is used which comprises i) an inorganic semiconducting material and ii) a material able to induce dipoles via spontaneous polarisation (spontaneous dipolar polarisation) at the contact interface with the inorganic semiconducting material.</p> |
