The device (1) has a denture brush (2) releasably fastened at a cleaning agent holding side (4) of a cleaning agent holding body (3). An attachment unit (5) i.e. suction holder, is fixed at another side (6) of the holding body for single-handed fastening of the device in a water flowing region (7) of a wash basin (8). The denture brush comprises bristles that are arranged in a geometric shape in middle of the denture brush. The bristles are protruded in peripheral areas of the denture brush in a circular cone shape or truncated cone shape.
