PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polyamide-based reverse osmosis membrane is provided to implement a post-treating process which coats polyurethane on the polyamide-based reverse osmosis membrane. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polyamide-based reverse osmosis membrane includes the following; a microporous support is coated with a polyfunctional amine solution; an aliphatic hydrocarbon-based organic solution containing polyfunctional acyl halide is in contact with the support to form a thin membrane; the support with the thin membrane is dried and washed; the dried and washed support is immersed in an aqueous polyurethane solution; and a first drying process and a second drying process are implemented.
