<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to laminate input/output terminals of a cell and an electrically connected wiring layer on a plurality of cells, thereby miniaturizing a drive circuit. CONSTITUTION: A drive circuit(100) comprises cells(102_1-102_n), input signal lines, and output signal lines. The respective number of the cells, the input signal lines, and the output signal lines is an integer(n) greater or equal to 2. The cells are arranged in a first direction and respectively include an input terminal and an output terminal. The input signal lines are respectively corresponded to each cell and connected to the input terminal of the corresponding cell. The output signal lines are respectively corresponded to each cell and connected to the output terminal of the corresponding cell. The input signal lines and the output signal lines are extended to the first direction. The sum of the output signals lines and the input signal lines installed on a single cell is (n-1).</p> |
