PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a display plate of thin film transistor is provided to pattern data line and resistive contacting member together by wet etching, thereby reducing process procedure of a thin film transistor display plate. CONSTITUTION: A gate line is formed on an insulation substrate(110). A gate insulation film(140) is formed on the gate line. A plurality of linear semiconductors is formed on the gate insulation film. A linear resistive contact member includes a protruded unit. A data line and a drain electrode(175) are formed on the gate insulation film with resistive contact members.
