<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic teller machine (ATM) in which an avatar being utilized in a communication terminal or the like is displayed. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an ATM 40 which is connected with an accounting host 10 for managing an account transaction and a setting information management server 20 for managing client information set from a setting terminal device 50 and processes a transaction requested by a client through a communication with the accounting host 10. An avatar data server 60 in which an avatar settable for each client via the setting terminal device 50 for representing the client is managed and a setting information database 30 for storing the avatar set for each client through the avatar data server 60 and client information of the client to which the avatar has been set in association with each other are connected to the setting information management server 20.
