<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus which can reduce the influence of charging of a portion formed of a metal material on its surroundings, while suppressing galvanic corrosion of the portion formed of the metal material. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid-cooling type cooling apparatus including: a cooling liquid circulation path for cooling a temperature rising portion; a heat receiving portion 31 for making a cooling liquid absorb heat in the temperature rising portion; a heat radiating portion 30 for radiating heat of the cooling liquid; and a pump 32 for circulating the cooling liquid further includes switching means S1 to S10 for switching a plurality of metal contact portions which are formed of metal materials and are brought into contact with the cooling liquid to an insulation state in which the metal contact portions are electrically isolated from each other and an earth state in which each of the metal contact portions are electrically connected to an earth portion E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
