<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the problem of stress concentration and strain caused by welding in an exhaust emission control device 1. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device includes: a plurality of gas purification filters 2, 3 purifying exhaust gas from an engine 70; and a plurality of cases 5, 21, 32 storing the gas purification filters 2, 3. The adjacent cases 5, 21 (21, 32) are connected by a plurality of flange bodies 51, 52 (53, 54). Each of the flange bodies 51, 52, 53, 54 comprises a plurality of units divided in a circumferential direction of the cases 5, 21, 32, and is constituted so as to surround an outer circumferential side of the cases 5, 21, 32 by the plurality of units.
